Why we chose it: Brix was engaged by the landowners of a 20-hectare industrial and business precinct to create one of Melbourne’s largest suburban urban renewal projects. Located in East Bentleigh, site enhancements include open green spaces and a diverse range of high-quality housing and retail. 

‍Our process: Working alongside Make Property Group, Abacus Property Group and the Gillon Group, the vision for East Village was a mixed-use precinct with a focus on employment and education opportunities. 

‍The outcome: The master plan for East Village incorporates a centrally located town square and park.  It encourages social and recreational experiences through quality local shopping, dining, and entertainment options that meet the daily needs of residents and workers.
