Why we chose it: Situated close to the popular Yarraville Village, the site had an existing permit for large industrial warehouses. Its size, zoning and central location presented a huge opportunity for industrial development.
Our process: Following the acquisition of the site in 2015, Brix reworked the existing planning permit to accommodate a range of office-warehouse units ranging in size from 90sqm up to 290sqm.
The outcome: Units were sold off-the-plan using a marketing campaign more attune to residential developments. Every unit on the repurposed site was sold out in under two months, setting a new benchmark for this sector in the inner west.
